Fees

I accept cash, check, and all major credit cards.Clients who choose to pay privately have the benefit of not having diagnostic and treatment information shared with their insurance providers, and having treatment dictated or restricted by insurers. Appointments are typically 45-55 mins on a weekly basis; however, this can vary based on client needs and assessment.

  • Intake/diagnostic interview (60 mins): $200

  • Follow up appointment (45-55 minutes): $150

  • SPACE Parent Coaching (45-55 minutes, for minimum 12 sessions): $200

  • Cancellation fee:

    • Less than 24 hour notice: Full session fee

In Network

I am In Network with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts PPO and HMO.

Currently in the process of becoming in network for Tufts, Harvard Pilgrim, United Healthcare and Optum.

Out of Network

Out of network provider for all other insurances. Many insurance plans offer out of network mental health care benefits, and will reimburse you for a percentage of the cost of our sessions. Here are some questions that you may ask your insurance company:

  • Do I have out-of-network benefits for mental health coverage?

  • If so, what percentage is covered?

  • Is there a session limit, and if so, in what time period?

  • Do I have a deductible? What is it and how much of it have I met?

  • How do I submit a request for reimbursement?

  • What is the reimbursement for CPT code 90791? 90834? 90837?
